• KYC Data (Mandatory): We collect Aadhaar/Govt ID details for identity verification. We do not store your full Aadhaar number.
• Guardian Data: Guardian's phone number and consent verification.
• Contact Data: Your phone number (used for login and secure communication).
• User Content: Profile photos and chat messages.

2. Purpose of Collection

We use your data to buildup your matrimonial profile, prevent fraud via KYC, process payments via Cashfree, and help you find compatible life partners.

3. Data Security & Protection

We implement strict security measures to protect your privacy:

• Screenshot Blocking: Our app blocks screenshots to prevent the downloading or misuse of photos.
• Watermarking: Profile photos are watermarked with "SHUBHMILAP".
• Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We share data with Google Firebase (Cloud storage) and Cashfree Payments for transaction processing. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

• Right to Access: You can see all the information you have provided.
• Right to Correction: You can edit your profile details at any time.
• Right to Erasure: You can delete your account, removing your data from our active databases.

6. Data Retention Policy

In compliance with IT Rules 2021, we retain the IP address and registration logs for one year from the date of account activation.
