Shubh Milap offers tiered subscription plans (Basic, Premium, and VIP) to help users find matches. Since these are digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once the subscription is activated.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same plan.
• Technical Failure: If payment was successful but features were not activated within 24 hours.
• Unauthorized Transaction: If a payment was made without your consent.

3. Cancellation

Users may cancel a subscription through the application. Cancellation does not automatically mean a refund of a completed payment.
